By taking an essential sleep according to age anyone can avoid mental and physical weaknesses. The people in many countries including in Pakistan do not give importance to sleep now. The main reason is the modern technological life style. People do not take full sleep and move to the valley of death. Some people also think that they can improve their deficiency of sleep in weekends, which is a wrong idea, because sleep is only when it is taken at fixed time.

1.   Avoid eating food that causes lack of sleep:
Before sleeping should avoid such foods that cause lack of sleep like tea, chocolate, soft drinks and coffee etc., because such foods remove the tiredness from the body and increases the physical strength.

2.   Do not do any physical activity before sleeping:
The temperature of the human body is high in the morning and decreases as the day passes, which indicates that now humans need to sleep. But at this time when we work such a difficult physical work which increases the temperature of our body, it causes obstacles to sleep which is not suitable for health.



3.   Sleep at night is a natural process:
Sleeping in the night and working on daytime is a natural process which is very beneficial for the human body. But when we think that we should work till late night and we will be active that is wrong idea. So for the proper fitness of the body we should take sleep at night and work on daytime.
4.   Drink water before sleep:
If the human body is in thirst before sleeping, the whole body will remain unhealthy and fatigue throughout the body which will cause the sleep deprivation. Therefore it is important to drink water in proper quantity before sleeping so that body is not in thirst and should also be careful not to drink excessive water that causes more urine.
