Ingredients:

Jujube (5 Grains)
2.
Raisins (5 Grains)
3.
Cinnamon (2 Medium Pieces)
4.
Clove (5
Cloves)
Directions:
Mix
all these items in two cups of water and keep on boiling as long as one cup of
water remains. Then filter this water and squeeze a lime in the water and drink
in sips. Repeat this process for 21 days and get the results.
Note: For better results, do regular exercise
