Stay Young for Long Time – Home Remedy

Ingredients:
1.                 Fresh Green Grams - which are very Soft      (2 KGs)
2.                 Cow Milk      (3 Liters)

Directions:
Add fresh green grams into cow milk and boil it and collect the evaporated water and preserve it. Use 50 grams in the morning, afternoon and evening. By the use of this preserved water food becomes a component of the body and the earliest white hair also becomes black, and the signs of old age vanishes.
