Low fat foods are harmful for health.
Usually this concept is considered that, eat less fats or eat
the foods that have less fats will control your fatty body, but instead of
benefit it’s harmful for health. Peoples are advised for many years that if you
want lose your weight you should quite sweets and fatty foods those are
responsible for heart attack, but now in England, a group of expertise
researched and told that, to quite the fatty foods and sweets without any
reason is injurious to health and not also helpful for control fatness.
In the combine research report of The National Obesity Forum
of England and Public Health Collaboration, the researchers revealed that fat
is not responsible to reduce body fatness and for the heart attack,
inversely the use of dairy products like Milk, Yogurt and Cheese are helpful to
control fatness and helpful to prevent from heart attack.
Cardiologist consultant Dr. M. Malhotra said that: Public
Health Dietary Guide Line Program of England told the people that low-fat meal
is as a metabolic time bomb for human health. In the present era when the human
know very much about health and fitness then it’s not a good job to quite the fatty
foods without any reason, that’s why the negative results appear for health.
The professor Ian Broom of Robert Gordon University said that
we are trying since last forty years to control fatness with low fatty meals
but all in vain. In this report people are advised to avoid the counting of
their food calories.
