Restricted Diet.
In a new research that was held in Stanford Burnham Medical Discovery Institute that if you want long and healthy life you should focus on your food and should adopt Restricted Diet. This is very simple rule, if you restrict your food and increase your life span. A famous proverb:
“More food
you will die, Less food you will alive”
Now science has proved that the secret of healthy and long
life is in Restricted Diet. To prove this, Scientists made a research on
roundworm. In this regards senior researcher Malene Hansen said: we gave
Restricted Diet to roundworm and observed that Dietary food made efficiency in
his intestinal activities and he became more active and start to wander
actively.
