What is Fiber / Dietary Fiber? / غذائی ریشہ؟


Fiber is one face of Carbohydrates that is present in the cell walls of all plants.


زیادہ تر سیلولوز پر مشتمل خوراک جو انتڑیوں میں حرکت پیدا کتی ہے اور  قبض دور کرتی ہے۔
مغرب میں اس کے متعلق خیال کیا جاتا ہے کہ یہ قبض، موٹاپا ، ذیابیطس اور آنت کی کینسر کو روکتی ہے۔

Dietary fiber is available in plants. Dietary fiber helps to control diabetes. Fiber intake makes human cells more sensitive to insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps cells to utilize sugar glucose and results in producing energy for the daily normal activities. it is proved that fiber rich foods helps to maintain the normal sugar level in human body.

How control fiber Cholesterol level?: 
There are two types of cholesterol (LDL Cholesterol - Bad Cholesterol) and (HDL Cholesterol - Good Cholesterol). Human body produces both types of Cholesterol. Fiber diet reduces/controls the level of Bad Cholesterol. This results in lesser blockage of arteries and reduced heart disease risks. 

Other benefits of Fiber:

  • Fiber improves the intestinal function and reduces the constipation.
  • Prevents other diseases related to constipation.
  • It is best for those who want reduce their weight.
